Emoji Decode

Objective

Decode an emoji-only clue into a word, phrase, title, or character — and score on the right guess.

How to play

1. An emoji clue is shown, along with a category hint (e.g. 'Animated Movies').
2. Every player types their best guess for what the emojis represent.
3. When everyone locks in (or time runs out), the answer is revealed and guesses are scored.

Scoring

Normally, a correct guess scores 1 point and a wrong one scores 0. If the host sits out to write the clue instead of playing, scoring switches to a Dixit-style twist: if everyone or nobody guesses correctly, the host scores 0 and every player scores 2; otherwise the host and each correct guesser score 3, and incorrect guessers score 0.
